In December 2002, Telcobuy.com obtained registration to the TL9000 Quality Management System. TL9000 is a telecommunication specific set of requirements and measurements built on currently used industry standards including ISO 9001:2000. TL9000 registration requires cost and performance based measurements of reliability and quality performance of products and services.
